Accounts
The agreement to use and access the tHHS Portal is entered between BerryDunn and each individual who creates a personal account with BerryDunn Portal (“User”). A User is prohibited from sharing credentials or access to tHHS Portal with any other person and/or entity beyond the individual listed at the time of account creation. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of an account.
Use
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on tHHS’s Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This use is subject to the following provisions:
- You may not modify or copy the materials;
- You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on tHHS's Website;

How do we use Other Tracking Technologies in our communications?
